Student Arrival Times

Students should arrive at the following times to get ready for their performances:

Show 1 – 10:45am
  • Voice students should arrive at 10:00am to meet music instructor Adeen in the lower-level Rainbow Room for a group vocal warm-up. 
  • All other students should arrive at 10:15am and proceed directly to the upstairs Ballroom Studio for tuning and warm-ups.
Show 2 – 1:00pm
  • Voice students should arrive at 12:15pm to meet music instructor Adeen in the lower-level Rainbow Room for a group vocal warm-up. 
  • All other students should arrive at 12:30pm and proceed directly to the upstairs Ballroom Studio for tuning and warm-ups.
Show 3 – 3:15pm
  • Voice students should arrive at 2:30pm to meet music instructor Adeen in the lower-level Rainbow Room for a group vocal warm-up. 
  • All other students should arrive at 2:45pm and proceed directly to the upstairs Ballroom Studio for tuning and warm-ups.
Show 4 – 5:30pm
  • Voice students should arrive at 4:45pm to meet music instructor Adeen in the lower-level Rainbow Room for a group vocal warm-up. 
  • All other students should arrive at 5:00pm and proceed directly to the upstairs Ballroom Studio for tuning and warm-ups.

Audience Arrival Times

Doors will open for seating in the upstairs Ballroom Studio 10 minutes before the show start time.
