Classes

Adult Ballet

Weekly classes from September to June

All adult ballet participants train at the barre and in the centre, executing a series of classical ballet exercises designed to develop coordination, strength, proper posture, and musicality. These classes are a fun and creative way to stay in shape, move to music, and build long, lean muscle definition.  

Our current Adult Ballet class is Intermediate Level. These classes are great for those who have previous experience and want to stay or get back into dance.

Adult Contemporary/Jazz/Hip Hop

Our new Adult Contemporary/Jazz/Hip Hop class is for any adult who wants to get moving and try these fun dance styles. No dance experience is required!

Adult Tap

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style, and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun. As students progress through each level, the curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.

Essentrics

Essentrics workouts are designed to release, rebalance, and restore your body. Unlock your joints, move with freedom, and live pain-free! If you’re looking for a low-impact workout that will help you release tension, rebalance your body, and ease you into movement, then this program is for you. Using a combination of standing, barre, and floor work, each week will focus on a different theme to strategically target every muscle in your body. After only a few weeks, you will quickly feel the difference.
