No cancellation fees for any recreational dance classes.

We are a family-owned and operated business and understand all too well how difficult it can be to make long-term financial commitments when it comes to your child’s recreational programming. Risk-free registration means exactly that.  

Here’s how it works:  First, we recommend doing a trial class before completing the registration process. Our session runs for 10 months. But if, for any reason, you need to withdraw from the class, please provide 30 days’ written notice by email. If it doesn’t work out during the first month of classes, we will refund your payment minus the classes already taken* (for recreational dance classes only). 

There are some things we cannot refund:

• Summer dance session tuition – Due to the limited spots available in the summer session, we cannot provide a refund for summer dance classes.
• Tuition for missed classes. We cannot pause tuition or issue a refund for missed classes. We offer two make-up classes per school year (from September to February).

Tuition

For regular-season ages 4+ recreational dance classes, we have an all-inclusive pricing model that eliminates the costume fee, which was historically billed around the holiday season.

No withdrawal fees and no performance fees!

Your tuition will cover all of the following:

1. Year-End Performance Costume Embellishments: To make year-end performances feel special, we will add embellishments to the uniforms, such as tiaras, tutus, wings, etc.
2. Custom Performance Medals: Each dancer will receive a medal in celebration of their achievements.
3. Professionally Filmed Year-End Performances: Capture those magical moments forever with digital copies of your child’s performances, which you can share with loved ones.
4. Class Tuition: All fees are now bundled into the tuition—no surprises!

 

Tuition Explained

• Ages 4+ dance tuition is calculated on a 10-month dance year and is prorated based on the total number of classes in the session (taking into account holiday closures). Tuition is not prorated for classes missed due to student absence. We will only pause or prorate tuition for medical reasons on a case-by-case basis with approval from the director.
• For 2026/27, age 3 Preschool & age 2 Dance With Me class tuition is calculated on a 9-month dance year and is prorated based on the total number of classes in the session (taking into account holiday closures). Tuition is not prorated for classes missed due to student absence. We will only pause or prorate tuition for medical reasons on a case-by-case basis with approval from the director.
• Convenient Monthly Payments – Tuition is divided into equal payments and charged on the 1st of the month. For example, October’s tuition is charged on October 1st.
• Individual class tuition is listed for each class on our interactive schedule. Hover over the class you are interested in to see the monthly tuition.
• The cost of the year-end performance fees is included in the monthly tuition (divided into 10 installments) for all ages 4+ classes. For dancers starting later in the school year, the amount owing for any previous fee installments will be included in the prorated monthly tuition.

Discounts

We offer a multi-class discount for each additional class your child is enrolled in. Discounts are calculated automatically at checkout.

Deposit

A $100 deposit is billed at the time of registration to secure your dancer’s spot in the class for the school year. This deposit will be applied as a credit towards your last month’s tuition.
